How do I become a Director’s Live Publisher?
Just hit the “Sign-Up” Button on the Home Page. Once you’ve paid your membership fee, you can begin to upload your videos. We will review your content to ensure that it complies with the Directors Live Guidelines (basically, upload stuff that belongs to you, and make it tasteful).
How do Directors make money?
The Directors Live Publisher Program is a revenue-sharing program that allows creators and producers of original content to earn money from their videos on Directors Live. Directors accrue earnings per 1000 video views. You do not need to have a Google AdSense account, nor do your viewers have to click on the ads.
How much money will I make?
There are no guarantees under the Directors Live Publishing Agreement about how much you will be paid. It really depends on how many views each of your videos gets. The more your videos are viewed, the more money you can make.
What type of ads will run on my content?
The ads we display on your Directors Live videos are determined automatically by our system depending on your content, category and other factors.
Is there any reason why my application would not be accepted?
No. Once you have completed the application process, your account is active. There are no subscription requirements. Your content, however, will be reviewed. If, at any time, you do not comply with the Directors Live Guidelines, your account may be terminated.
Why am I charged to become a Publisher?
Directors Live splits its advertising revenue with the Directors Live Publishers. We do charge a small service fee in order to pay for bandwidth, development and site maintenance. Most Directors make this back within the first month, or less.
How old do I have to be to participate in the Directors Live Publisher Program?
If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent’s permission to receive payments.

How can I change to my video after it's been uploaded?
First login to your account and click on “My Video” link located on your profile page. Browse your videos and press the "Remove" button to delete a video or click on "Edit video" link to edit it.
What are the system requirements to watch videos?
In order to watch videos on Producers Live, you must have access to the following system requirements:
1. Macromedia Flash Player 8.0+ plug-in
2. Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed
3. Mac OS X 10.3 or higher
4. Firefox 1.1+, Internet Explorer 5.0+ or Safari 1.0+
5. Broadband connection with 500+ Kbps
What video file formats can I upload?
Directors Live accepts multiple video file formats such as .WMV, .AVI, .MOV and .MPG transferred from most digital cameras, camcorders and mobile phones.
What should I do if I have forgotten my username or password?

Does it cost to become a viewer?
No.
